Started rowing and skierg at the gym late Jan 25 after breaking femur late Sept 24 (come off the bicycle crossing tram lines after rain).
Decided that these would be a better form of cardio as I can no longer ride outside as l have lost left field of vision. This was a result from a blood clot going to the brain after the operation. Just thankfull that this was the only major deficit.
