1:00 Sprint Interval WO: v1:00/1:00 rest x 8. Came in too hot in the first interval and paid for it for the rest of the workout, having to manage my energy to finish strong on the last interval, which I did. The 8th interval was the best by all metrics across the board. See graphs for details.
