Got into rowing back end of 2024 season, at age 65, always been fit n active. Mainly train these days so I don't keel over tomorrow, but no doubt will one day 😬. Not on any social media (honestly don't know how I get through the day🤣 ). Mix the rowing with other exercises, but leaning further toward more rowing. Total knee replacement 21/03/2026, 1st time back on rower today (24/04/2026 - 500 mtrs 😕), can't get too far forward yet, into the catch position. Would welcome any advice from any rowers who have undergone TKR, ta.
