I started rowing on the erg at the beginning of 2005. I have not been fond of sports all my live. I was kindly surprised that I do like using the erg and it has made a huge attribution to my wellbeing. I now row for about 50km a week. I start most of my days rowing just after getting out of bed and before going to work.
