5000m session: Targeted sub-24:00 mins. But one our crazy smoke alarms went off in the middle of my session so had to jump off and take the battery out. So missed my target! Ugh!! Focused session by pressing for sub 2:22 mins per 500k, and drive length =/> 1.15 m/stroke. Felt great.
