Ex marathon runner,then triathlete,turned to rowing on erg due to injuries,lost enthusiasm but just got a bike erg and getting back into it. I have struggled the last few years following back surgery leaving me with a substantial reduction in power and function in my left leg which makes the bike erg difficult so concentrating more on rowing as I can compensate by using more upper body.also have just been diagnosed as having bronchecatosis,a degenerative lung condition following a bout of pneumonia so can only train three days a week with one hard session but determined to keep going and post some times
