Lousy weather. OPted for another hour without plan. On the Bike decide to do an interval 30x alternating pace 2:15 - 2:06 = 2:10,5 like yesterday. But soon the slow parts went faster and also the faster part. Last 3 split to reach 28K = Pace 2:08,6. So 2 seconds faster than plan.
