Compared DF 150 and DF 130 at 200 watt. Both was same max heartrate of 150 and about same effort. Maybe less than 200 watt will be better with slighty lighter DF for me, and abow 200 watt will be best at DF 150. And 100m sprint plastic plate off, max DF 250 ish. Most of my PBs is done with DF 150 ish. Except 100m (DF 250) and 100k DF 100
