Splash workout: endurance challenge. 40’@18spm at 79-93w. Similar to other low rate workouts, it requires constant focus to hit the watts at only rate 18. I kept my rate as low as I could but it was tough, esp bec I was rowing a shorter stroke bec my knee is hurting. Felt good though.
