I had to focus on more power per stroke to hit 93 watts at rate 20. I guess that’s the point of the workout, so i tried not to raise the rate. I almost hit an average of 93 watts. My HR after the second interval was 140, so I suspect it would keep rising if the intervals were longer. I was under the impression that when the HR behaves that way, it would be considered more of an anaerobic threshold type of workout, but it must be a fine line.
