Awful. RPE 9/10. Not physically, tho it was difficult. It was more about being uncomfortable nearly the entire time. The training plan called for 22spm but I needed 24 to hit the pace and then the rate went up finally to 30spm to keep the pace. Dont think I have a second interval in me.
