Failed 60min test. Stopped after 10k @ my target pace. Was going pretty well through 25:00min. Much lower rate than my last 60 min attempt (and my last PR). After I fell off, I improv'd into a sort of threshold workout and still ended up with my 3rd best time to 1hr. Wondering if I still haven't found the right ratio between stroke rate and drag factor for this distance. Don't believe the drag factor listed, I was at 135ish but after I dropped, I put it lower to 115ish.
