ATFWS - 4 - Short and Spicy -- rrepeat
It is short - basically 2 8 minute efforts with 2 mins rest between. The warmup is short too - skip straight to the work after. Figured out the monitor, it does actually follow the set workout, which is itself a bit weird, but I like this one npw
