I started using my indoor rowing machine (affectionately known as 'the Erg') in about 2009 after deciding the road running was damaging my knees too much..

Over the years i have rowed on and off, but following the lockdown i started to get back into indoor rowing.

In the scheme of things I am not desperately quick and fortunately for my psyche, not too slow either.

Just enjoying the kilometres and feeling fit and well.
