Training: Targets; Average Watts ≈> 105 W, Stroke +/- 25 SPM, and HR Zone 2. Ended up averaging 24 SPM, with an average wattage of 125W. Not as planned, but it felt right, my strokes were consistent with power being applied nicely from the catch through the drive and finish. Breathing was not labored. RPE 4.
