Training: Targets; Average Watts ≈> 105 W, Stroke +/- 26 SPM, and HR Zone 2. I went a little higher in my wattage output than had been originally plan for that resulted my being in zone 3 for longer than planned for. Of note today, length of drive was consistent and cardio was strong. RPE: 5.
