HR from Ergo as wristband problem. 10' warm up 25' break then tried to 5K MAX at sub 20'. Started sub 1'55" for 2' and lasted 10'+ at that but couldn't sustain and h/r close to AR. VHNS too! Back to 2:05 ish for 8' and max for last 500m. Good ergo.
