Started rowing in February of 1964 to stay in shape for Brown University Football. Played four years of football and four years of rowing. I then pursued coaching rowing and refereeing throughout my life. Did 1,001,838m for three years, 2022-2024 to celebrate the founding of the Narragansett Boat Club on March 6, 1838, which is the USA's oldest rowing club. Since then I have done numerous WOD sessions throughout the year.
