Former D1 Decathlete, but have not been in any sort of consistent workout routine since then (2019). History of foot injuries and hip flexor tightness. I have always enjoyed a rower more than any other piece of fitness equipment so I am hoping this will become my routine to row for around 20 minutes every morning.
