Nearly 20 years ago, I owned a Concept2 and really enjoyed rowing at home. After selling it, I always missed the benefits and sense of achievement it brought. Recently, I purchased a new Concept2, and over the last six months it has helped me lose 30 kg—and rediscover my passion for indoor rowing.

In addition to rowing, I love spending time on my gravel bikes in the hilly woodlands where I live. Combining both sports has noticeably shaped my body and improved my overall fitness. It’s exciting to see how staying active in different ways keeps me motivated and healthy.

A big source of inspiration for me is Josh Crosby, the Fitness Plus trainer on Apple. His workouts and coaching style have truly motivated me and are helping me reach my best.
