New to rowing as of January 2025. Happy to have bought the concept 2 rower. Excited to improve in ability, form, and speeds. I plan to row about 4x a week. I was among the most athletic in grade school, have lived actively since. And being only 28, I look forward if my athleticism will transfer directly to rowing once form is perfected.
