fatigue is very real. rowed 10k legs out; no real need to this for that long again, but it was good to row through the 5k mental block I keep getting. Think I need to row harder at times, at points there i wasn't even breathing heavy despite okay splits (kinda cool tbf), the real limiting factor is just the legs atm. next session just work on making sure your not rushing the slide. Also you need to start doing sprint pieces at some point. Really good job doing 7 days in a row and nearly 110k (109,994 which i kinda crazy that I could of just done one more stroke)
