felt really fatigued, but was overall good, knee wasn't a problem at all. arms away, then raising at the catch helps it feel way more connected and satisfying. make sure your using the core and not "flicking" into the catch. need to work on power and connecting with the footplate, although i also appreciate this is new levels of fatigue for me. overall good. there was something else but i cant remember.
