was really shit, didn't eat enough during the day then ate too much during dinner. very slugish felt like i couldn't even rate 20 i was so full. did a few 30 second bursts to try get back into it but instead just made my legs feel numb and made me stop sub 30 mins. shit. maybe take tommorow and just focus on diet, do Wednesday, Friday (8x500?) and Sat this week.
