I changed the damper multiple times to try and find which one works best in a Z2 workout. Surprisingly, the higher #s seemed best. Tried 4, 8, 2, 6 and 8 again for no particular amount of time each. I managed to stay in Z2 until a few minutes to go averaging 2:21/500m then I raced with some guy for a bit and did a brief cooldown.
