Damper 4. Note the relationship between pace and stroke rate. I sprinted towards the end and enjoyed no benefit of the increased stroke rate but had the extra fatigue of an increased workload on the rear chain. And yes, while I don't understand the physics involved, I do feel these workouts in my pecs too. Not a whole lot but it's there.
