damper 8 the whole way. Aimed for 2:13/500m for bulk of workout. Was 2:11.7 when stopped briefly for sugar water and resumed at 2:12.5. Was worth it. Upped pace gradually as I got closer. Big push with 2k remaining. Biggest push with 500 left :)
