Interesting. I did two 30 minute pieces on the real time track and only one shows in the log - the first one. I did change the damper from 8 to 3 back to 8. Wasn't on 3 for long as it was definitely harder to maintain my pace. HR remained quite low which is unusual 🤔 I did eat a lot today and have been having glucose during long workouts. And my body battery score has been high all week as a result.
