AM----37rhr----Stroke rate capped at 22spm----Goal: 2:06.5 to 2:07.7 pace----On pace through 2K, then seriously fatigued. Considered bailing out, but then imagined that I was in the HOCR and the rest of the boat was depending on me. So I kept the spm as I slowed down, then rallied in the final 2K----Mostly AT, but up to AN at times and finished off in the TR zone.
