AM----Merrimack River, Alden Star, PaulG in Zephyr----Caught the tides just right, fastest upstream ever at 28:44, and still averaging 2:56.7 pace through 7500m----Then the starboard backstay broke, limped back to the ramp----Even so, fastest row on the Merrimack this season, but have to get the boat fixed.
