Multi-sports from youth to 50 when I started playing club rugby union in UK, graduating from the second row to prop. Played in over 400 games for regular teams (average age around 25-30) plus also in the occasional vets matches nearer my own age group.
At age of 79 general Covid restrictions stopped all contact sports. So took up erg rowing at home.
