Had energy, no reason to hold back. wanted to practice low sr. 5 intervals with 1 min breaks to be able to wipe face and drink a bit. <2:50, 2<2:45, <2:40, <2:35, <2:30, trying to keep sr as slow as possible while focussing on technique.
