This was a category 1-2 exercise. Based on my average split of 2:24 from Monday's 6k Take away 3 so goal 221. Starting with 10 strong strokes with low split put it in the bank well. I paced myself well and was able to pick up at the end At the 750, 500 and 100 mark. I had a full on lunch and the average night's sleep so well prepared. I feel I could do it again and aiming for a better split.
