Variable target stroke rates and progressively faster target splits made this a challenge in precision of effort and constant attention to force application.
Rate 22 feels the most easiest 😍 to modulate pace with precision. Felt like the most efficient rate for maintaining 2:08/500m.
Hardest was rate 21 at 2:07/500m. 😤 Something really unnatural about that combo.
Interesting to see how heart rate increased; very evenly and gradually. Last interval completely overshot target zone 😬
