Took a short rest after 20 min HIIT, then got back on the erg for a 30 min piece.
Took a while for my heart rate to return to normal. 😅
Ambitiously set my target pace at 2:10! Guess it’s good for the ego to watch the pace boat 🚤 disappear over the horizon in front of me. Never got close to catching up lol 😂
But, my average was only 4 seconds slower. Not bad 😛
