This was fun! I love ๐Ÿ’— the variable intervals and actually using the pace boat ๐Ÿšค!

Not loving that I have to hit a button to move to the next interval—problem was I set rest to “undefined”.

Fun challenge to match the stroke rate and pace. Kept me on my toes ๐Ÿ˜ฌ as I didn’t know what was coming next.

This was too easy for me ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป I think I’m going to set a goal to pull 2k in 6:30 ๐Ÿคจ
