That’s pretty good! You might want to try to challenge yourself to bring your stroke rate down and keep your pace up. That’s challenging. Also paddle pace with lower stroke rate and intensity helps with recovery and to work on technique. Plus warm up and cool down. I was always told to try not to go past 30-32 on my rate for short power bursts (or intervals) and not under 20 for paddle pace. I’m just looking at your average pace. I tend to want to hang out in 26-27. Do you vary your rates and intensity?
