Used to spend hours and hours cycling and triathlon training.
Now have kids so indoor rowing is smart training for the less time I have now. Rowing is supplementing my exercise need well. On top of the surfing, swimming, kettels bells, chin ups and ring work. The odd cycle and run.
Trying to bring my rowing times down...going for 1hr time trials, a fast/PB 10k etc
