10,000 meter session: Targeted avg session 500m pace of sub-2:38 mins and avg session heart rate at or above 115 bpm. Heart rate chest strap and monitor disconnected from PM5 at about 14 mins into my row, so incomplete heart rate date. Still, felt good.
