Played basketball in high school, dabbled in many other sports including tennis, racquetball, skiing, running. Started doing triathlons ten years ago at age 70 and have completed several bike tours in Europe in the last few years. My nephew Rocky rows shells and he got me interested In rowing on the ergometer two years ago. Upon turning 80 I found that I could compete pretty well in my age group. My racing strategy is: if you can’t beat ‘em, outlive ‘em.😜
