time very good for where I have been. felt super sore in arms and legs at start thought time was going to be really bad but was able to settle in at a decent pace. one slow section right after the 7800 -3/5 mark but was able to regather and finish pretty strong. always a positive when last split is fast. watch only gave 71 not sure what happened there.
