Attack on the WR 60' which I lost earlier this week to another Dutchman. Distance to beat was 30.409m. Based on the training sessions recently done I was confident I could beat it. PB was 30.680m. S.B. was 30.514m. and 70+ Record was 30.141m. From the first pedal it was kind of clear I had the speed and could do it. Amazingly low HR and in fact if I had known could have gone over 31.000m. New distance 30.856m.
