New season. Done first 3x4´on the Rower.
Wanting to set a distance for the 30'. Seems to be the most popular distance looking at the entries. Drag 124. Target 15.000m, but went pretty easy at pace 1:58,0 - 1.58,5. Halfway it seemed a PB or close 15.320 would be possible. No doubt that I could make it. last 4´a bit faster ending with a first 2019 PB. + 64m.
