OK not many days left in this Rowing/Biking/Skiing year. Had set my mind on what for me is the most important distance which is 60´TT. Done it once with 29.602. Breaking 30k should not be a problem. Target 30250 - If 30,5K that is good. Above that satisfactory. With 30.680 over 1000n PB
