So tried to do a kind of similar session as yesterday but mow on the Rower. Intention was 5x2K r2'. Pace 2:08 - 2:06 - 2;04 - 2:02 and 2:00
First 3 easy but after Nº 4 had no more energy left to go Sub 8:00.Shows again that cycling is my better bit
