Pffff
Had this already in mind last week. But now for the first time im 1.5 year a 40K. Based on 1H it should be possibel in 2:09,66. Went relatively well till 32K with splits under 2:10,0. After that had a PD and continued on will power. 2:10 looked out of sight but with a fast last1K just managed. 9 seconds above target. Totally dead. Most likely last time a do a 40K.
