I’ve been indoor rowing since 1992 where my first introduction to a concept II rower was the trials of the UK gladiators it was a 500 meter row it was part of a series of physical activities for the UK show I was successful at the auditions and subsequently made it to become the U.K.’s first GLADIATOR Champion. I am self-taught and managed in a 6.28 PB row in the first 1000 in 3.02 I was invited to Upper Thames Rowing Club and did a short stint with Lea RC. I row for health fitness performance and use Cool Rowings is my legacy to this fantastic sport of rowing.
