Ugly session. Couldn’t control stroke rate, pace pr heart rate zone, Show the effect of not having done much rowing or cycling for that matter during the last 10 weeks!
Pace was off by 10 to 12 seconds and HR average was 5 to 8 BPM higher than when I’m fit.
