Did this for a progress marker in the quarterly SkiErg performance series. Didn't know what target pace would be sustainable so aimed for one I was pretty sure I could do for 5K. Had plenty of energy left when decided to sprint the last 250 meters. Still don't know what drag factor is best so had damper set near maximum.
