Still coming back from my cold. Tried different runners, with foot trap setting 3. Feels better for my sore intercostals, but I'm not convinced I get more power as suggested by a fellow on Wednesday. The main thing is allow my heels to rise to get more reach -- still ok, I think to keep feet high.
